ABA Therapy
For Adults
At The Buddy Center, we provide support for adults with ASD, ADHD, and developmental disabilities to build independence, confidence, and meaningful everyday skills.
What Is Adult ABA Therapy?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps adults gain skills, improve daily functioning, and meet meaningful life goals through structured, supportive interventions. Our Adult ABA Therapy program is designed for individuals 18+ who benefit from structured, skill-focused support.
Builds Independence
Enhances Social Skills
Reduces Limiting Behaviors
70% of adults with ASD report improved daily living skills after participating in targeted behavioral interventions.

ABA empowers adults to build the independence and confidence they need to thrive in everyday life.
Our adult services focus on increasing independence by focusing on:
Time and task management
Personal care routines
Personal errands (grocery shopping, post office, dry cleaning, etc.)
Financial literacy (budgeting, paying bills, going to the bank)
Social Skills
Conversation practice
Understanding social cues
Conflict resolution
Friendship-building
