The Buddy Center Clinic

Greenville, South Carolina

A space to support children, caregivers, and community.

Our clinic based in Greenville, South Carolina is designed to complement home and school-based ABA services we already provide. This space allows us to expand how we support children and families—bringing together individualized therapy, school readiness, movement, caregiver education, and community connection under one roof. Families may receive services in the home, school, center, or a combination of settings based on each child’s needs and goals.

The center is a calm, structured space that can serve as a safe escape for children who need a break from the distractions of home and school environments.

A Center Designed For Learning & Connection

Our center includes a school readiness classroom, sensory and movement gym, caregiver gathering spaces, and thoughtfully integrated therapy dog programming for children who enjoy dogs.

Whether services take place in the center, at home, or at school, our focus remains the same: compassionate, high-quality ABA grounded in collaboration and meaningful progress.

What Makes The Buddy Center Special?

Our amazing ABA practitioners, also known as “Buddies” teach new skills and replace challenging behaviors with better ways to communicate and interact. Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) dig deep to understand why behaviors happen and work closely with each learner and their family to make meaningful changes.

We work with your child  one-on-one, so your child gets the full attention and support of a dedicated  BCBA. Imagine the difference—while a typical classroom might have one teacher for 20 students, our center offers one-on-one interaction!

We keep things lively! Each learner will typically work with 2-3 different Buddies throughout the day, which not only helps them progress but also makes the learning experience more dynamic and fun.

We believe in making learning fun and effective. Applied Behavior Analysis is all about creating positive changes in the learner’s environment to help them be as safe, independent, and happy as possible.

Therapy Dogs as Part of Our Supportive Approach

At The Buddy Center, we are proud to offer therapy dog support for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Therapy dogs offer far more than companionship — they play a meaningful role in supporting children with autism and other developmental needs. When included in therapy sessions, these specially trained dogs help create a calming, welcoming environment that encourages participation and confidence.

Our therapy dogs are carefully trained to provide reassurance, positive reinforcement, and gentle motivation, helping children feel comfortable and engaged as they build new skills.

If you’re seeking autism services that incorporate the unique benefits of therapy dogs, The Buddy Center provides a warm, supportive approach designed to make therapy enjoyable, impactful, and empowering for every child.
